Returns
We accept returns.
You can return items (at buyer’s expense) in the original condition within 30 days of your purchase. We cannot guarantee the size you are after will be available for an exchange, so when we receive your item, we will give you a full refund and you can head back to the store and check availability. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We do not offer returns on sale items or beanies that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.
We do not offer exchanges. If you’re looking for another size, please make a new order.
