We ship orders weekly via standard post from Melbourne Victoria Australia, delivery time will vary based on locations. International orders can take up to twenty business days to arrive.
Smaller items are not tracked to keep the cost down for our community, larger items in postage bags are tracked through Australia post. We have found that shipping and tracking emails sometimes make their way to junk mail so please be sure to check these folders.
Itβs Okay not to be Okayβs mission is to advocate and create change in mental health, grief and suicide prevention. We do this by providing gift packs for those bereaved by suicide, running social media campaigns through all platforms that increase mental health literacy and raise awareness about supports available. We also fund counselling sessions for those who might need help but not be able afford to do so. We encourage people to wear our message which reduces stigma, starts conversations and normalises seeking help for your mental health.
