Workplaces
It's okay not to be okay have visited many workplaces across various industries. By using our personal story we hope to de-stigmatise the issue of mental health.
Education Settings
It's okay not to be okay are thrilled to have our message heard in educational environments as it promotes an active learning approach to mental health as a concept.
Primary Schools
The aim of our workshops is to build mental health literacy, resilience and equip students with a tool kit to deal with tough times. Our primary school workshop is aimed at grade five and six students.
Sporting Clubs
Our message can be best received in spaces where people feel most comfortable, with sporting clubs being representative of this. Our workshop can help add depth to the relationships built in these institutions.
Community
We take immense pride in being able to spread our message throughout the wider local community. As members of the local community ourselves we have an interest in mental health stigma being challenged.
Primary Schools
The aim of our workshops is to build mental health literacy, resilience and equip students with a tool kit to deal with tough times. An early intervention primary school workshop aimed at grade fives and six students.
The workshop runs for one hour and covers;
What is a feeling and emotion?
What is mental health?
What impacts our mental health?
And tools to cope during tough times.
This workshop is capped at a maximum of thirty students in order for us to provide the most engaging experience.
